- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great program. When I was 15 my Mom was ready to kick me out of the house unless I went to Youth Challenge. I went from skipping school every day, doing drugs and drinking, to becoming focused, at the top of my class with ambition, respect for others and discovered my drive. Went on to become a Hebrew Translator in the Air Force. Not an easy program, 1/3 of the kids will drop out due to mental weakness. I was fed more than I could eat, had 24 hour supervision, cameras everywhere, and had great military mentors. There were fights between the hard-heads in the first couple weeks (don't forget there are kids that are court ordered to be there) but if you stay on track you will be fine. Great wake up call if your kid does not appreciate privileges; you can leave at any time. Highly recommend this program.By Joshua Gordon, August 21, 2017
